We ended October on a high note bringing LangOps Universe 2021 to the virtual stage with Unbabel, a client on the speaker management side. Nearly 400 attendees around the globe tuned in on October 27-28 from Portugal, the U.S., Spain, Germany, Suriname, Brazil, France, and more to learn how to grow their organizations globally through language, embracing translation, and improving customer experiences.
Q3 allowed our event management team to finally cross that (in-person) bridge! This kept us busy and that’s how we like it! We hosted seven total events in the quarter, one of those being in-person—it also happened to be the largest Bay Area SaaS event since the COVID-19 pandemic began! Two of our seven events were for new clients, this being their first event with cred, and we absolutely loved helping them bring their visions to life.
Just over 18 months ago, in March 2020—only three days before the start of the event—SaaStr Annual was canceled in lieu of the public health regulations emerging as the COVID-19 pandemic began.
Last week, from Monday, September 27 through Wednesday, September 29, the largest SaaS community event in the world finally came back to fruition—and it was well worth the wait.

Ascent by Oyster brought together more than 350 attendees from—60+ countries (!!)—that lead distributed work and open the door to higher levels of organizational performance.

For this year's iteration of Leading Lights, the lineup featured three amazing founders: Jessica Alba of The Honest Company, Howard Akumiah of Betty Labs and Max Levchin of Affirm. In casual conversation, they each expressed their candid experience from the start of their journey to IPOs and acquisition.
Cisco Meraki hosted their first-ever user conference on the virtual MeetingPlay stage last week—June 16, 2021—and I think we can all agree with the event’s theme: the time to Lean into Change has arrived.
