In late October, our team came together in Austin, Texas for credCon 2025, three days designed to pause, reconnect in person, and challenge how we work. The theme this year was Energize. Embrace. Empower. We explored how to use AI with purpose, strengthen our communication, and thought about the future we want to build and how we can get there.
Ten years ago, I wrote our first blog post with a simple, but bold, idea: that speakers—knowledgeable, passionate, and insightful people—deserve stages where they can shine. By helping companies find and tell their stories through events, we could drive real business outcomes and shape industry conversations.
This week, we celebrated our 9th birthday (or “crediversary,” as we lovingly call it). As a fully remote company, we took time to reflect on the inCREDible journey of the company by gathering for a virtual celebration hosted by our Culture Club—our internal team that curates events to enrich cred’s work culture.
At cred, we believe our people make our company. Back in May, we announced hiring three new members to the speaker management team. Fast forward to now, we are thrilled to share that our small but mighty team continues to grow in 2023, with four new members added to both our event and speaker management teams.
