Each June, Pride Month offers a moment to honor the LGBTQ+ community, its history, its progress, and the ongoing push for equity. What began as a commemoration of the Stonewall Riots has grown into a celebration of identity, resilience, and the leaders who continue to pave the way.
But visibility shouldn’t stop at the end of June. In tech especially, LGBTQ+ voices remain underrepresented in leadership. Building a more inclusive industry means addressing those gaps year-round, including through meaningful representation at industry events.
To celebrate Pride, we’re highlighting LGBTQ+ tech events that support the community all year long.
NGLCC International Business & Conference
August 19-22 | Las Vegas
The largest LGBTQ+ business event returns in 2025 with promises of bold programming, fresh perspectives, and upleveled networking opportunities. OutNEXT Global Summit
September 15 | Los Angeles
OutNEXT Global Summit is a two-day leadership summit designed to create space for LGBTQ+ professionals to connect, learn, and build a powerful, visible network across industries. The event features keynotes, hands-on workshops, networking and mentorship opportunities, and connections with top companies—all designed to support the next generation of inclusive business leadership. Past speakers included Billy Porter, executives from Brooks Brothers, Barry’s Bootcamp, and more!

ROMBA 2025
September 25-27 | New Orleans
ROMBA Conference offers a large gathering of LGBTQ+ business students and MBA alumni. The event includes a variety of panels, workshops, receptions, and a career fair with dozens corporate partners across industries recruiting MBA talent. ROMBA also offers ROMBA competitions, where LGBTQ+ or active ally MBAs, graduate students, and alumni vie for the glory of being crowned the winners in case, M&A, and startup categories. Lesbians Who Tech Tech Futures
October 7-9 | NYC
This three-day Summit is designed to advance economic power and leadership opportunities for mid-to-senior-level women, women of color, and nonbinary leaders across tech, media, and business. Out & Equal Workplace Summit

As a premier global event for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion, the Workplace Summit convenes changemakers and thought leaders from around the world to share insights, exchange strategies, and drive lasting impact. It’s a space for building community, advancing equity, and forming meaningful connections that go beyond the event itself. TransTech Summit

TransTech Summit is an annual virtual gathering dedicated to amplifying the most marginalized voices within the LGBTQ+ community.
